Terms and Conditions:
This policy is effective for all Group Bookings made from 1
Jan 2010.
- You must begin with a minimum of 10 bookings to earn your commissions.
- Be aware that the Early Bird will increase after the 1st 100 passes sold. Commission begins when price is £89
- The SexyLatinFest will only deal with the Group Organiser.
- The Group Organiser is responsible for:
- Collecting all payments.
- Making payments before end of the month and price change.
- Keeping a spreadsheet of members on their group to coincide with our records.
- 4% Paypal fees will be deducted from commissions, if Paypal is used as means of payment.
- Any
bank transfer payments must be made 3 working days before
the price increase to allow time for your payment to reach
us.
- No tickets are refundable or cancelled once paid unless event is cancelled or date moved.
- All commission will be agreed beforehand by both parties.
