Read some small articles about the trips you will experience.
Bari
The capital of the region of Puglia, lies in the south of Italy on the beautiful Adriatic coast. It was originally surrounded by a boundary wall of which, nowadays, only the side facing the sea remains, called “La Muraglia” (the Wall).
The picturesque old quarter can be considered as an independent town within the city, lively, full of tales to tell, with its symbols and traditions. It is a labyrinth of alleys and small squares, paved with black and white lava stones called “chianche”, which serve as a street guide. And it is the stone, once again, that gave birth to amazing expressions of Romanic Art like the Basilica of Saint Nicola, the Cathedral and the Svevo Castle.
Dont miss out on the visit: Tuesday 5th

Alberobello
Trulli are pretty houses made of grey stones with cone shaped roofs. The oldest date back to the 16th century. There are about 1000 of them in the town of Alberobello, the trulli capital, defined as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1996.
Traditionally trulli were built without any cement or mortar. One of the most popular theories is that because of high taxation on properties, people of Puglia created trulli so that they could be dismantled and moved out of sight when the taxman was in the area and put them back together once the taxman had gone.
Nowadays trulli have solid foundations... no hiding from the taxman anymore!
Dont miss out on the visit: Thursday 7th

Grotte di Castellana
lies near the small town Castellana, re-named Castellana-Grotte several years ago. A large and deep pothole near Castellana was known for many years. The people told stories about ghosts and monsters inside the mysterious chasm called La Grave (the Deep).
Today the small town Castellana looks like a holiday park. Huge parking lots around the city, Hotels along the way to the cave, restaurants and shops with souvenirs, and finally a small park with the cave. The ticket office looks like a train station with multipe lanes leading criss cross to the ticket office.
The caves are breathtaking and visiting them does mean that you will be walking into the heart of nature itself!
Dont miss out on the visit: Tuesday 5th

Torre Guaceto
is a nature reserve and protected area, so while the rest of the surrounding coastline is now home to countless bars, restaurants and hotels, this patch of sand and sea has remained blissfully free from development. Anyone who has experienced frustration at the strict organisation of most Italian beaches will revel in the freedom that Torre Guaceto offers. The fact that it is a nature reserve means that there are plenty of opportunities to observe plant and animal species usually scarce in this part of the world
Dont miss out on the Bike trip: Wednesday 6th & Sunday 10th

Flight of the Angel
is a breathtaking experience... get ready to fly along the worlds longest zipwire across 2 mountains. This is a true adrenaline seekers paradise!
The views and the feeling of flying is exhilarating and mind blowing and you will enjoy the experience of being out in the open with only nature to awe at.
The cute little town of Pietrapertosa is also nice to see but what you will truely love apart from the flight is the beautiful walk to each station.
Dont miss out on Flying: Sunday 10th
