Hotel FAQs:
  1. Is it cheaper to book thru the festival?
    Yes, the cheapest package is thru the festival, some online site might offer a deal but they are exclusive of either buffet breakfast or VAT, so for the best deal call +44 20 8759 9991 and quote Ref: 'Latin Festival'.

  2. is there Free parking?
    yes, but only if you book your room under the festival, otherwise you will have to pay to use the hotel car park.

  3. Can I stay at another Hotel rather than the Park Inn?
    Yes, it is your choice but for the best weekend experience nothing beats staying in the same place, might costs slightly extra but the inconvenience is priceless.

  4. What time can we check in and out?
    Like any other hotel checking in is usually around 2pm and check out is around 12pm

Workshops FAQs:
  1. What workshops and level will be at the Festival?
    Bachata, Chacha, Salsa, Kizomba, Zouk are our main workshops but we will look at including other types of dance workshops. Our levels range from Intro to dances to Advanced!

  2. Will there be any carpeted rooms?
    Yes, a couple workshops rooms will have carpet. But any workshops with spinning or techniques that require flooring with be put in the correct rooms. So do bring along suitable footwear thats the key!

  3. Will there be workshops on Friday?
    Yes, there will be 3 hours of workshops from 5 - 8pm

  4. Can I pay for just the workshops I want to do?
    No, we are only selling Full Passes at the moment and if they sell out there will be no 1 Day Passes either.

Party FAQs:
  1. Can I just come for the Parties?
    Yes, you can purchase a 3 Night Party/Show pass in September which will include Friday workshops or you can buy individual Party/Show pass at the door.

  2. Is Parking Free?
    Not in the Hotel car park unless you are staying at the hotel, but there is free street parking around.
